There are three SEM, I have operated, which includes FEI Quanta-200, FEI FEG-Quanta 400 and FEI Inspect F. The filaments of them are made of tungsten coated ZrO2 on the tip or LaB6 single crystal produce electron is adjustable from 200V to 30 kV.
